Starting of with a master’s degree specializing in HR & Industrial Relations,  Mohan has been involved with recruitment & HR management for over 15 years and has spent considerable time in recruiting roles within manufacturing, consulting, IT and professional services and also has led numerous campus recruitment campaigns. In his most recent role as the head of the Engineering Career Office at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering had successfully led the career services for Canada’s largest engineering program.
